How to make a booking

Two steps to make a booking:

1. at first you have to investigate the price for the days of parking during Your trip.
2. if You agree the price - put in the personal datas.

Of course, when starting the first booking You don´t have a "Kundennummer". It will be given by the e-mail-confirmation after Your first booking for later assistance.

Price-Investigation:

1. put in the date of departure by using the calendar-symbol and the pull-down-arrows for the time of take-off.
   Use the scheduled time only!
2. then do it once more for the date and time of arrival.
3. Choose the figure for number of persons and choose the check-in-time. The system will calculate automatically Your individual time to come in to the Parkservice-Dresden. 15 minutes for transfer are additional calculated.
4. Click the button "Preis berechnen" and You´ll find Your price below.

Personal datas input:

1. if You´ve agreed the price -
   click the button "weiter zur Eingabe Ihrer Kundendaten":
   surname, christian name/first name
   street and number of house
   zip code and name of city
   mobil-phone and e-mail-address
   registration-no. and type of vehicle
2. put in the flight-datas:
   Flight-no. of departure and flight-no. of arrival
   airport of destination and airline
3. click the last two boxes for agreement the terms and dates
4. click the button "Buchung auslösen"

in the next seconds You´ll find Your booking-confirmation in Your e-mail-file.

if NOT:
Please, look into Your SPAM-FILE!
some e-mail-programs don´t accept automatically generated mails and move it into the spam-file. (AOL for example).

Coming home and to meet You at the terminal:
if Your flight-number is correct and didn´t change we are watching this number on the internet-terminal.
It is not necessary to call - only in this case when the flight-number have changed.

We will accompany Your walk to the check-in-counter and we´ll show You the meeting-point inside the hall, where we will meet You for the transfer back to the Parkservice-Dresden.
